Using brand new boxes and packing materials helps prevent any potential damage during shipping, and along with purchasing insurance is the best guarantee to ensure your purchase arrives safely. We require that ALL Musical Instrument Shipped Domestic and International have insurance purchased for the purchased value. We pack and ship each instrument with care, but cannot be responsible what happens to it once it leaves our address. Unfortunately, some carriers don’t care whats inside the box,and treat it accordingly.
