Shipping Handling and Insurance We pack our instruments very well so that they arrive to you in excellent condition. Our prices reflect the quality of shipping and protect your flute. We use quite a bit of packing material, and use larger boxes to protect the flute. If we used the cheaper method, and passed along the savings to our cutomers, we would have a 5 star rating for shipping costs. Our customers would suffer in the long run, as poor packing will cause the keys and mechanisms to move around, and the instrument will have problems down the road over time.
