Gemeinhardt KG Special Serial Number: 99815 Solid Silver w/gold plated lip plate Open holes, plugs not included. Black case and cleaning tool included. It has the extra G foot, I believe. I don't know flutes and the description below is the closest I could find. I does have "KG Special" and KGG engraved in it with the serial #. It was used for only a couple of months as my daughter just had to have it, then, like many teenagers, her interests changed. So it's up for sale
