Up for auction is an Emerson flute with case. I believe the model number to be 2 and the serial number to be D79700. This flute appears in good condition with some plating missing in one small area. All buttons, quark and pads are present and appear in tact. This flute came in with the purchase of an estate and I know very little about it. I believe this instrument to be in good working condition. All pictures I show are of the actual product you will receive. Great close-holed beginner's flute for upcoming musicians; flute is in great and gently used condition. The pads have recently been replaced and the body has a few minor scratches, but shines like new. There is a small dent on the back of the headjoint, but the instrument is fully functioning and is perfect for newcomers to band, just in time for the next school year!

Up for auction is a 26 Inch Emerson Flute With Case. There are light scratches from general use and a pad appears to be missing (see pics). The pads may also be worn a little bit. I don't know much about flutes. There is no serial number. I contacted Conn-Selmer who bought out Emerson. To try and find information about the flute I contacted http://www.conn-selmer.com/ content/faq.php#contact They were unable to retrieve information in their database with the numbers I have. The person I spoke with said they didn't start putting serial numbers on the flutes until 8 years ago, so I know the flute is more than 8 years old. This could be my loss and your gain.
