very good clean condition as you can see in photos. flute is marked emerson eld with serial number of E85904. all the pads look nice and white. i see no big dings or dents. it has 2 rods with it and the case. this was well taken care of. this is the only emerson closed hole flute on ebay at this time . i saw open holes but no closed holes. i did not see any closed hole emerson eld on completed auctions either so they must be harder to come by. this looks like its all ready to go and play see photos . all sales final. all items sold as found. the case is marked gemeinhaurdt. both latches work fine i just forgot to close the one for the photo. insurance is in the shipping and handling. flat rate is only for the 48 continuous states-- NO hawaii or puerto rico.

It plays wonderfully, I tuned, played and cleaned it 3/1/10. All the pads are in good shape, the hole plugs are installed, and the tuning/cleaning rod is included, all in the original hardshell case.
